Training by Mana is inspired by real-world situations and based on years of working in the food service industry by our rock star instructor, Jona. Her experience spans the full spectrum of restaurant dining - from the well known casual resto and bar T.G.I. Friday’s to high end Japanese-Peruvian fusion restaurant Nobu.
Jona has taken experiences from every restaurant she has worked with to develop effective training programs that are designed with you, the learner, in mind. You'll get the most out of the training in a way that is focused, informative and engaging. The aim is to offer training that doesn't feel forced. You'll pick up meaningful skills and knowledge and in the process, hopefully be inspired knowing that you can make a difference in your workplace.
